* Proven success as head of kitchen operations in a high end restaurant
* Proven ability to open a new venue, hire and develop staff with solid teamwork
* Stable job history

* Wait Staff - 1 Years experience.

* Bartenders - 3 years experience.

* Servers -  $10/hour. Flexible shift

* Dishwashers $9.45/hr
